Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic interventions. When we are in a deeply relaxed state, we are more open to the positive suggestions made by the therapist. In a hypnotic state you remain conscious and fully in control. You cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do and the after effects of the treatment are often pleasant and uplifting.

Hypnotherapy works well with habits, improving confidence, phobias, anxiety, weight management and many other conditions.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technnique) or ‘tapping’ is an advanced form of psychological acupressure. Our body, mind, thoughts and emotions are intimately connected and sometimes, when something or somebody upsets us, feelings of worry, guilt or anger arise, and our body’s energy pathways get blocked.

By tapping a series of points on your face and body, whilst sating mindful statements, these blockages can be removed quickly and effectively. EFT is an effective self help technique.

NLP looks at the way in which we think and process thoughts (Neuro), the language patterns that we use (Linguistic) and our behaviours (Programming). It is techniques and approaches that can help boost your confidence, reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety, fears and phobias and promote personal change.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Speech and Language Therapy is concerned with the management of disorders of speech, language, voice, communication, fluency and swallowing. Using integrative counselling and psychotherapy approaches, counselling sessions are individual and interested in what works for you, the client. Treatment is confidential and at a pace that is right for you. Depending on the complexity of the issue, you may need one or two sessions and most clients find that their difficulties are significantly reduced or resolved in the first six sessions.
